Three MIAA Teams Now Ranked in the Top Six

MARYVILLE, Mo.-Fresh off their victories Saturday, Chadron State (9-0), Northwest Missouri State (7-1) and West Texas A&M (9-0) remain the top three teams in the NCAA Southwest Region football rankings released Monday.

The remainder of the top six is significantly different with two MIAA teams filling out the final three slots. Missouri Western (7-2) has won four in a row and jumps from No. 7 to No. 4. Pittsburg State (7-2) has won three in a row and is up three spots to No. 5. Abilene Christian (7-2) knocked off previously unbeaten Tarleton State and is now No. 6.

Tarleton State and Mesa State (8-1), which lost to Chadron State now sit seventh and eighth, respectively. Complete regional rankings can be found below:
