Spring Practice Schedule for 2007 Announced; Scrimmage Set For April 15
MARYVILLE, Mo. -- Northwest Missouri State head football coach Mel Tjeerdsma announced the 2007 spring practice schedule today. Weather permitting, practice is scheduled to begin Monday, March 12, which is the first of 15 organized sessions. The weekday practices begin approximately at 4:00 p.m. and last for two hours. Weekend practices will begin around 11:00 a.m.
A Spring Scrimmage is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, April 15 at Bearcat Stadium. The time will be announced in the future.
The No. 2 Bearcats ended the 2006 season at 14-1 overall and its second straight National Championship appearance. Northwest loses 13 seniors from 2006 but expects eight offensive starters and five defensive starters back in 2007.

April 10 - full
April 12 - shoulder pads
