'Cats Hold Down the No. 18 Spot in D2Football.com Top 25 Poll

MARYVILLE, MO. -- Northwest Missouri State University was recognized in another 2004 preseason football poll, this time No. 18 in the d2Football.com Top 25 Poll, announced today. This is the third 2004 occasion the 'Cats have made Top 25 headlines; Northwest is No. 16 in the Lindy's National College Football Magazine and No. 22 in Street & Smith's College Football Magazine.

In addition, senior wide receiver/kick returner Jamaica Rector (Celeste, Tex.) was an honoree on the 2004 d2Football.com Top 25 Poll 2nd Team Offense.
