
Bearcats move to No. 20 after regionals
The Northwest Missouri State women’s cross country team moved back into the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) poll released earlier today climbing all the way to No. 20 as announced by the organization.

Pursell & Adams lead Bearcat All-Region finishers
A pair of Northwest Missouri State men and women cross country runners raced to All-Region honors finishing in the top 25 as the Bearcat women placed third as a team while the men finished fifth in NCAA South Central Regional Championships at the Hawks Ridge Golf Course.

Pursell and Bearcats anxious for XC Regional
On the bus trip to Wichita, Texas, Northwest Missouri State senior TR Pursell may have too many other things on his mind to truly reflect on a cross country career that has seen the Bearcats men’s team rise from eighth in the MIAA his freshman season to second this year.

A race to remember
Northwest Missouri State senior Angela Adams had plenty left in her running tank when she was locked in a battle with Missouri Southern sophomore Marlee Tegankamp for the MIAA women’s cross country title.
