Outdoor Season: placed ninth at the MIAA Outdoor Championships (5/9) in the 1,500-meter run with a career-best time of 3:58.98 ... also placed fourth with a time of 4:03.42 at the Bearcat Open (4/30) in the 1,500

2008-09

Indoor Season:  Placed 15th and ran a season-best time of 4:32.79 in the mile run at the MIAA Championships (3/1) Outdoor Season:  Competed in both the 800- and 1,500-meter runs ... ran the 1,500 in 4:02.94 at the Nebraska Invitational (4/11) ... was the best Bearcat time in the event all season ... ran a season-best 800 time of 2:02.04 at Simpson's Kip Janvrin Open (4/24)

Cross Country:  Competed in all but one race for the Bearcats ... placed 72nd at the MIAA Championships with an 8K time of 29:16.13 ... best 8K time was 28:10.90 posted at Nebraska-Kearney's Loper Open
