Times:
9 a.m. - High School Girls (5K)
9:30 a.m. - High School Boys (5K)
10 a.m. - University women (5K)
10:30 a.m. - University men (6K)
Course: This will be the first meet on the new Northwest Missouri State cross country course, so winners will set course records. The course will be almost 100% grass (crossing a paved road twice), with a flat start and finish and reasonably hilly middle section. Spikes are recommended.
Awards: T-shirts to the top 10 individuals in each race.
Entry Fee: $50 per gender
