Bobby Bearcat Appearance Contract

The following terms & conditions apply to all Bobby appearances

Proposed Rates Per Appearance: All general appearances

$100 for one hour, with a one-hour minimum.
$50 for each additional performance hour.
FREE for Charity Events, FREE for On Campus Events. (If outside of Maryville, must pay 45¢ per mile for gas)

• All requests must be submitted four (4) weeks prior to event
• Incomplete requests will not be approved.
• University events take priority to off-campus events.
• Checks should be made payable to: Northwest Missouri State University and must be rendered at the time of service. All fees will be computed before the event.
• Bobby will be paid 45¢ per mile for gas (this is the Northwest Missouri State University/State Rate) if the appearance is outside of the Maryville area (Please have check ready upon arrival).
• A meal must be provided if the appearance is over three (3) hours away (or if it is during meal hours).
• A private & lockable place for Bobby to change must be provided.
• Bobby does not do private events (ex. weddings, birthday parties).
• Due to the expense of the costumes upkeep, Bobby may not appear at outside events in inclement weather.
• We reserve the right to cancel an appearance due to illness, personal emergency, class issues, etc.
• All appearances are contingent on the availability of Bobby. Although every effort will be made to accommodate scheduled events, Northwest Missouri State University will not be held liable for missed appearances.
• Suits may not be rented or borrowed
