Booster Board Members Present: Pat Haynes, John Yates, Jon Baldwin, Jerry Lutz, Allison Strong, Dan Edmonds, Linda Girard, Rod Barr, John VanCleave, Jim Goecken, Teri Harr ; Ex-Officio Present: Mark Clements, Stephanie Martin; Guests Present: Joe Quinlin, Jessica Rinehart
President Baldwin called meeting to order.
Lutz motioned and Yates seconded to approve the minutes of January 13, 2010, motion carried; Treasurer's report - Clements reported $36,869.91 in General Fund with $1000 committed to Baseball, and $60,929.06 in Transportation - VanCleave motioned and Barr seconded to accept the Treasurer's Report, motion carried

New Business -
A. Women's Golf - Clements presented a request on behalf of Coach McLaughlin for the purchase of 5 range finders at a price of $299.99 each
B. Weight Room - Quinlin requested for the purchase of 2 safety squat bars, 6 jump ropes, 6 glute Ham pads, and 12 pair of lifting straps - total which includes shipping $1222.53
Other Business -
A. Baldwin reported that he was meeting with President Jasinski next week; Clements introduced new Volleyball coach, Jessica Rinehart
AD Report - Clements reported that Basketball would be playing Missouri Western on Saturday, February 13; Football Championship Celebration will be held Sunday, February 14 beginning at 1:00; MIAA tournament will be March 4 - 7 - with Women beginning play on Thursday and Men on Friday - all tournament tickets are $40 in advance ($50 at Municipal), single session tickets will be $15 each on Thursday and Friday and $20 on Saturday and Sunday and sold only at Municipal Auditorium; MIAA Indoor track meet - Angel Adams bested the school record in the 5K by 33 seconds; M-Club Hall of Fame nominations will be early March; MIAA Inaugural Hall of Fame induction - each school submits 5 names for induction (submitted 6 individual names - Hank Iba, Jack McCracken, Ryland Milner, Jim Redd, Chris Griesen, and Herschel Neil); Fall football season at 10 games with the Fall Classic being held November 13 - we open Thursday, September 2 against Texas A&M-Kingsville

A. Golf Request - Yates motioned and Strong seconded to provide $1,500 to purchase 5 range finders, motion carried
B. Weight Room Request - Lutz motioned and Harr seconded to provide $1,222.53 to purchase safety squat bars, jump ropes, glute ham pads and lifting straps, motion carried
Girard motioned and VanCleave seconded to adjourn; motion carried. Next meeting will be March 11, 2010.
