UCO runs past Northwest 13-3
EDMOND, Okla. – The Northwest Missouri State Bearcats dropped game two of a four game series on Saturday 13-3 in non-conference college baseball action from Simmons Field.

Northwest got on the board early playing small ball as Alex Singleton led off the game with a base on balls. After being pushed around the diamond with a sacrifice bunt, Singleton would score on a ground out by Tyler Durant.
From there it would be all Bronchos as they built an 8-1 lead and benefited from four Northwest errors.

UCO added five runs, three in the seventh and two in the eighth, to close out the win via run rule. The Bronchos recorded 17 hits on the day as starter Ryan Miller went seven strong innings scattering five hits and striking out six.
