Loe Signs Six

MARYVILLE, Mo.-Northwest Missouri State head baseball coach Darin Loe has announced the names of six players who have signed a national letter of intent to play for the Bearcats next fall.

"This is the best early sign recruiting class that we've had in my tenure at Northwest," said Loe, who's in his 11th season with the program. "All of these athletes have the tools to come in and make immediate impacts at their respective positions."

The list of signees can be found below:

• Eric McGlauflin | 3B | 6-2 | 190 | Sioux City, Iowa | North HS
- 2009 first-team all-state selection

• Kyle Brady | RHP | 6-0 | 153 | Leawood, Kan. | Blue Valley HS
- Struck out 42 and walked 12 in 39 innings during 2009 showcase tournaments

• Jeff Termini | OF/RHP | 5-9 | 170 | Kansas City, Mo. | Rockhurst HS
- Al Ice Wood Bat All-Tournament Team; KC Royals Elite Scout Team

• Ben Owens | RHP | 6-3 | 185 | Warrensburg, Mo. | Crest Ridge HS
- Earned all-conference and all-district nods during his sophomore and junior seasons; 109 strikeouts in 48 innings in 2009

• Taylor Stoecker | C/INF | 5-9 | 180 | Orange, Calf. | Orange HS
- Two-time all-league choice; team has won two West League Titles; team captain

• Joshua Parrish | RHP | 6-5 | 165 | Springfield, Mo. | Glendale HS |
- Played at North Central Community College last season
