Game Two of Northwest/Southern Series Suspended
JOPLIN, Mo. – Rain and lightning suspended game two of Saturday’s doubleheader between Northwest Missouri State and Missouri Southern in the bottom of the second inning at Joe Becker Stadium. The two teams will resume the game Sunday, April 19, at 11 a.m., and will play the game as the scheduled seven-inning contest. In order to play as many scheduled games as possible, the two will follow with a nine-inning game to conclude the series.
