Weather Pushes Back Emporia State Series
MARYVILLE, Mo. - Northwest Missouri State baseball's MIAA-opening series with No. 30 Emporia State has been pushed back one day due to predicted cold temperatures Saturday. The two teams will play a pair of doubleheaders March 1-2 with a 1 p.m. start each day.
Northwest is scheduled to open the 2009 home season March 4 against Graceland. First pitch for the single nine-inning contest is 1 p.m.
