Rivarly Pushed Back A Day
MARYVILLE -- The Northwest Missouri State's double header with rival Missouri Western, to be played in St. Joseph at Phil Welch Stadium, was postponed to tomorrow, April 9, at 4 p.m. Game one will be seven innings and game two a nine inning affair.
The double header will wrap up the four game series between the Griffons and Bearcats. Northwest (18-13, 8-8 MIAA) sits fourth in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) and the Griffons (11-18, 8-10 MIAA) are a few spots behind in sixth.
