Northwest Athletics Partners With Rojo Research
MARYVILLE, Mo.--The Northwest Missouri State athletic department has teamed with Rojo Research to better serve you, the fans.
Rojo Research specializes in college audience research, which helps athletic programs increase corporate sponsorship revenues. The company offers 300 data points including demographics, purchasing trends, shopping habits and local media consumption.
"We chose to work with Rojo Research with Bearcat fans in mind," said Northwest Director of Athletic Marketing and Promotions Morris White. "There is such a great following and support for the athletic department and we wanted to gain knowledge on how we can better serve our fans and sponsors."
All participants will receive one coupon for any 2007-08 Northwest home basketball game. There is also a chance to win the grand prize, two free Kansas City Chiefs tickets to the Oct. 7 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
"Our hope is that our fans take advantage of the opportunity to win a great prize as well as contribute to the growth of the athletic department," said White.
Northwest posted the survey on Monday, and according to John Herron at Rojo Research, it has had the best immediate response of any he's witnessed since launching a year ago. That includes Division I schools and professional teams. Because of the tremendous response by Bearcat fans, the survey will not need to be posted much longer.
