Needs Assessment

Members of the program are asked to fill out our annual Needs Assessment survey so that we may better orient our services to fulfilling the needs of our student population.

To download the Needs Assessment Word Document follow these instructions.

  1. Right-click the Needs Assessment link above and choose "Save Target As..."
  2. Save the file to your desktop or a directory where you can find it.
  3. Open the file and fill out the information.
  4. Press the save button and exit Word.

E-mail the completed survey to the Graduate Assistant.
