Bikini Body
Become stronger and confident through body weight exercises.
Core First
This class will sculpt your core and body - "Hello 6-Pack!"
Boby by Barbell
Strengthen your entire body through high repetition light weight exercises.
Circuit Training
High intensity training that focuses on endurance and strength.
Condition your total body with this core based class that will challenge and balance you.
Feel great and challenge yourself with a combination class of Yoga and Pilates.
