Line Dancing
Not just your normal country line dancing! Come learn a variety of line dances
Circuit Training
Tone and condition your body with resistance training & light weight lifting
6 Pack Plus
Work your way towards a 6 pack, PLUS burn off those extra calories
Performance 360°
Improve strength, balance, & daily activity performance with a mix of agility, plyometric, and functional strength exercises
