The Administrative Office is home to the Facility Services Director, Associate Director of Facility Services - Custodial, Energy Manager, Office Manager and Administrative Staff. This office provides support for all the Facility Services departments as well as quality customer service for other Northwest departments, employees and students on a daily basis.

Dave Bridge, the Director of Facility Services, joined the Northwest team in December 2011. Dave is with ARAMARK Corp., who provides maintenance, engineering, grounds-keeping and custodial services to the University on a contract basis. Dave holds a Master's of Business Administration from Regis University in Denver as well as a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and two associate degrees in Logisitics Management and Information Systems. He earned a certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Certification of Mastery, Process Redesign and Change Management. Dave has more than 30 years in the facilities and supply chain fields and was on the President's Cabinet for the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology where he recently served as Director of Facility Services. He has also served as a District Facilities Manager for Target Corp., covering 16 stores in five states, and was the District Facility Manager of the Year for three of the five years he worked for Target. Earlier in his career, Dave spent more than 28 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant.
