The Facility Services Division is one of the largest divisions on campus under one director. It includes the Administrative Office, Custodial Services, Maintenance Operations, Landscape Services and Capital Program Department. The departments work together to provide the students, employees and the community with a safe, clean and beautiful campus, inside and out.

The Facility Services Division is dedicated to providing a safe, accessible, clean, attractive and well planned educational environment. We support the University's mission in a positive and proactive manner to provide an atmosphere conducive to learning. Outstanding customer service is an essential component of all departmental undertakings; our goal is to fulfill our client's needs within the parameter of our resources.
