Cap and Gown Orders

Graduation

Once you have completed your application for graduation form in the registrar's office, you will receive a letter by mail containing information regarding graduation. 

It will come with a cap and gown order form that must be returned to the Student Services Center no later than Oct. 29. Phone orders are not accepted. Rental cost is included in your graduation fee.

You may pick up your cap and gown at the Student Services Center
Monday - Thursday, December 14 - 17, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday, December 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
or 1 hour before the ceremony at the Student Recreation Center (directly north of Bearcat Arena).
You may have someone other than yourself pick up your order.

You may keep your tassel and honors cord (if applicable), but you must return the regalia immediately following the ceremony to the basement of Lamkin.
