Housing Cancellations
To cancel your housing agreement, please contact Residential Life.
Returning Students in the Forest Village Apartments
After signing their contract, student may cancel their Housing Contract until March 1st. After this time, students residing in the Forest Village Apartments are responsible for the first month's rent in the event that they cancel their contract.
Returning Students in South, Roberta, Tower Suites, and Franken
In order to avoid penalty, students wishing to cancel their housing contract must do so on or before the date specified on their housing contract. This date is April 1.
Future Students
In order to have their pre-payment refunded, future students wishing to cancel their housing contract must do so by the date specified on their housing contract. Future Students typically have until June 1 to cancel their contracts.
