SAs - Student Assistants

SAs are very similar to our RAs.  SAs are located in Forest Village Apartments and Roberta Hall.  While their basic functions are the same as RAs (see above), their focus is much more focused towards the needs of the upperclassmen environment in which they work.

ARCHs - Academic Resource Consultant in-Hall

DMs - Desk Managers

DMs hire, evaluate, and train our Desk Assistant (DA) staff.  The DM is responsible for the operation of the front desk(s) to which s/he is assigned.  The desk operation is vital in providing service to the residents and guests.  Some of the services provided at the desk include:  recreation equipment, cooking equipment, vacuums, change, stamps, mail distribution, and a resource for questions from residents and guests.

PERTs - Peer Educators in Residence for Technology
