For Fall 2018

Verification will be open August 22 through August 27.

Verification on CatPAWS

 

Use your 'CatPAWS account to verify your enrollment and personal information.

Please verify online at your convenience between Wednesday, August 22, and Monday, August 27, as follows:

  • Go to CatPAWS, located under the Connect tab on the Northwest home page (www.nwmissouri.edu)
  • Click Login/Enter Secure Area and enter your 919# and PIN
  • Click the Student tab
  • Click on Verification in the submenu
  • Review notification of any holds that prevent verification
  • Confirm or Update Local Address and Review Permanent Address
  • Provide additional billing email addresses
  • Provide Emergency Contact Information
  • Complete Bearcat Alert Enrollment
  • Select the Service Site you will use as your primary contact location for Northwest

Online LATE verification will be available on Tuesday, August 28 and Wednesday, August 29 ONLY.  A $15 Late Verification Fee will be charged to your account.

Your class schedule will be cancelled on Thursday, August 30, if you do not complete verification.

If you have preregistered and will not be attending the Fall 2018 semester, please send an email to registrar@nwmissouri.edu by Friday, August 24 to avoid financial obligation.

Textbook Pickup

Online Verification MUST be completed prior to picking up undergraduate textbooks. Textbook Pickup is located in The Station on the following dates and times.

Friday, August 24 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, August 25 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sunday, August 26 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Monday, August 27 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Textbooks picked up after 4 p.m. Monday, August 28, are subject to a late textbook pickup fee.

Please note holds cannot be resolved Sunday since most University offices are closed.  

Northwest-Kansas City

Northwest-Kansas City students will pick up textbooks and laptop computers on site. Online Verification should be completed prior to arriving.
