If you have any questions or concerns about registration, billing, the assessment process, or you have not received one of the emails outlined in the process, please fill out the following form. Please allow 5 business days after you complete registration for the email with your invoice or the email containing the assessment questions to be sent. Please allow 10 business days after you send your payment for the email with your password to be sent.
