The Division of Enrollment and Retention Management (ERM) strives to attract, enroll, retain, graduate, and continue to foster a lifelong relationship with a student body that represents the quality and diversity of students that is in alignment with the University's goals, moderately selective position, and focus on providing our students a profession-based education.
The ERM team is comprised of ten departments that share the values of collaboration, communication, ethics, respect, and innovation to develop engaging partnerships across campus. These partnerships allow our team to develop and implement student-focused programs and services and aid students in achieving their academic, personal, and professional goals.
The Division of Enrollment and Retention Management is focused on recruitment, retention, graduation, and outcomes that achieve the University's mission and goals.
