Apply for admission as an online-only student to Northwest Missouri State University (no application fee id applying via the web; $25 application fee which will be refunded at enrollment if applying with a paper application)
Receive letter of acceptance and assignment of online advisor and Northwest username/password in the mail
Contact online advisor for advisement
Apply for financial aid if needed (Must be enrolled in 12 hours at Northwest)
Enroll in classes through CatPAWS using username and alternative PIN obtained from online advisor
Order textbooks or contact Textbook Services to have books sent
Check Northwest e-mail at least once a week from enrollment until classes begin
Receive welcome e-mail one to two weeks prior to course start date from Northwest Online indicating you are registered for online courses
Sign into Northwest Online to verify that you have access prior to the first day of class
Complete an online orientation course
Enter class no earlier than the first day of class and begin coursework
