Office of Assessment, Information and Analysis
The Office of Assessment, Information and Analysis (OAIA) is charged with development and maintenance of data to serve the needs of University decision-makers. Our integrated approach for data definition, collection, analysis, and utilization serves as a repository for all of our stakeholders. We strive to deliver timely, accurate, user-friendly information for planning and process review.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting academic departments and service units in identification and measurement of Key Quality Indicators
- Training University personnel in the Seven Step Planning Process (SSPP)
- Coordination of institutional student outcomes
- Identification, collection, and analysis of data relevant to decision-makers
