Community invited to ‘Pirates of Penzance’ sing-a-long

The departments of Fine and Performing Arts and English and Modern Languages will sponsor a “Pirates of Penzance” sing-along in honor of the 40th birthday of the main character, Frederic, who is a leapling. 

The sing-a-long with the Hollywood classic is 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 29, in the Charles Johnson Theater at the Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building and will feature a number by the men of the Nodaway Chorale.

No vocal experience required and all ages are welcome. The event is free and open to the public.
