Northwest Missouri State University faculty and staff who are interested in setting goals for the New Year are invited to participate in a research study on social factors related to adherence to wellness and healthy lifestyle goals.
The research is being conducted by faculty members Dr. Linda Sterling and Dr. Jackie Kibler in the University’s Department of Behavioral Sciences.
Participants will set their own wellness goals – such as managing stress, increasing exercise, or beginning meditation – at the beginning of the study. All participants will receive a Passion Planner, goal guidance and access to a closed Facebook group.
Interested participants should complete a brief survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/wellgoals by Friday, Jan. 22, to be considered for the study.
