Textbook return hours announced; books due Dec. 18

Northwest Missouri State University Textbook Services has announced students must return their textbooks must before 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, to avoid a late fee.

Textbook Services is located inside the lower level of The Station. Textbook Services hours are:

 

Students in online-only classes should ship textbooks so Textbook Services receives them within the week after the completion of final exams. Online students should have a tracking number to refer to and ship books to:

Students taking all classes online next trimester also may pick up textbooks before leaving the Northwest campus for the holiday break.

Textbook pickup hours for the spring 2016 trimester are 1-4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8; 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10; or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, in The Station. Students must verify online before picking up spring textbooks. Textbooks picked up after the designated times will be assessed a late fee.

Northwest includes textbooks and a laptop in its tuition for all students, making it among the lowest in the state. The textbook and laptop rental programs also save students an estimated $7,200 over four years compared to students attending other institutions.
