Egon Heidendal, senior data analyst in Northwest Missouri State University’s Office of Institutional Research, has been elected to the Mid-America Association for Institutional Research’s Board of Directors.
Heidendal will serve a two-year term as program director with MidAIR. He was elected during the association’s annual conference Nov. 4-6 in Springfield, Missouri.
MidAIR is a regional organization representing institutional researchers in Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
Its umbrella organization, the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) is the world's largest professional association for institutional researchers. It provides educational resources, best practices and professional development opportunities for more than 4,000 members and supports them in the process of collecting, analyzing and converting data into information that supports decision-making in higher education.
