Northwest Missouri State University's Office of Information Technology is implementing a self-service password manager application to help students and employees reset passwords and unlock accounts without calling the Help Desk.
The service is powered by Netwrix password management software and provides users with the ability to change passwords on both Northwest laptops and the Northwest network while away from campus. It works with the Windows client software as well as from any device with access to Northwest's password management website.
This new feature also allows users to change forgotten passwords, provided you have created a retrieval question and answer in the system.
Northwest encourages users to take a few minutes before leaving campus for the summer to install the software on your Northwest laptop by clicking this link: https://nwpass.nwmissouri.edu/pm/.
