Employees invited to participate in behavior change research study

Northwest Missouri State University faculty and staff are invited to participate in behavior change research being conducted by faculty members Dr. Jackie Kibler and Dr. Linda Sterling in the Department of Behavioral Sciences.

The study will examine social factors related to adherence to a four-week “real food” program.

Participants will follow guidelines of the Whole30 program as outlined in the New York Times best seller “It Starts with Food.” Participants selected for the program will participate in weekly meetings and receive a free book, T-shirt, program materials and a cooking demonstration.

Interested participants should complete a survey at to be considered for the study.
