Northwest announces spring online verification, textbook pickup info

Online Verification is now available for students at Northwest Missouri State University to confirm their enrollment for spring 2015. 

To verify enrollment, students should use their CatPAWS accounts to verify enrollment and personal information. Students may verify online at their convenience through Monday, Jan. 12, by following these steps:

Online late verification is Tuesday, Jan. 13, through Wednesday, Jan. 14, and a $15 late fee will be charged to the accounts of students completing the late verification. Individual students' class schedules are subject to cancellation Thursday, Jan. 15, if online verification is not complete.

Students who have preregistered but are not attending the spring 2015 trimester, should send an email declaring their enrollment status to by Friday, Jan. 9, to cancel spring classes and avoid financial obligation.

Textbook pickup

Students must complete online verification to receive their undergraduate textbooks for the spring 2015 trimester. Textbook pickup is located in The Station during the following hours:

Pre-packaged textbooks picked up after 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, will be assessed a late fee of $30. A student who is unable to pick up textbooks may have someone pick them up for him or her as long as the student has completed the online verification and the individual receiving the textbooks has the student's 919#.

Students may drop or add courses through CatPAWS or by visiting the Registrar’s Office on the second floor of the Administration Building. To view a complete listing of important academic calendar dates, visit
