Horace Mann, Leet Center collecting food for Ministry Center

Students representing Northwest Missouri State University’s Horace Mann Laboratory School and the Leet Center for Children and Families are collecting non-perishable food items for the Ministry Center in Maryville.  

The Student Planning and Service Team has organized the food drive with the help of the Maryville Pride Lions Club. Each class has been assigned specific items to collect.

The Service Club will donate $400 to Horace Mann. Classroom competitions also are underway, and the winning class will celebrate with a pizza party.  

Horace Mann and Leet Center students are collecting items until Friday, Nov. 21. To contribute, contact Horace Mann at 660.562.1233.
