The Sigma Society at Northwest Missouri State University will host its 41st annual bridal show, “The Story of Us,” from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, March 1, on the third floor of the J.W. Jones Student Union.
Tickets for the bridal show are $5, and proceeds will benefit the Children and Family Center of Northwest Missouri. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
“It's going to be a great time,” said Allison Liebhart, one of Sigma Society’s co-chairs for the event. “It is an amazing cause, and we are very excited to help people plan their weddings while being able to help a great asset in the community.”
The bridal show will feature two fashion shows, beginning at 1:30 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.
The show will also feature several vendors including bridal boutiques, florists, cake decorators, and cosmetic and fashion outfits.
Sigma Society is a service organization of Northwest women that promotes high standards and ideals through participation in campus activities and leadership. Its service spirit drives the organization to host fundraisers such as the annual bridal show as well as Project Warmth and Girl Scout Day.
