Northwest Missouri State University students are invited to register for the fifth annual Bearcat Leadership Training (BLT) conference, which is set for 3:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, in the J.W. Jones Student Union.
The conference features a keynote speaker and a variety of leadership workshops. It is open to all Northwest students and organizational advisors interested in enhancing their leadership skills. Session topics include time management, goal setting, finance, teamwork and effective meetings.
Conference sessions are free for current students or $25 for high school students who are interested in attending Northwest and attending a Green and White Visit Day.
The registration deadline is 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22. The first 100 students to register will receive a free gift. Individuals may register by clicking here.
Organizers also are seeking faculty and staff members interested in presenting programs during BLT. Interested individuals may complete the Call for Programs electronic form by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6.
