The public is invited to celebrate Northwest Missouri State University’s Horace Mann Laboratory School and its families at the school’s “Together We Can Carnival” from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 5.
The event will feature a variety of carnival games along with a bounce house. Bobby Bearcat will be on hand for family pictures, and the Northwest soccer and basketball athletes will meet and play with children. Food also will be available.
The event will take place in the circle drive and play area west of Everett Brown Hall on the Northwest campus. In case of rain, the carnival will be in the Horace Mann gym.
Tickets may be purchased prior to the carnival at a cost of $7 for 10 game and food tickets or $3 for a bounce house bracelet. At the door, tickets are $10 for 10 game and food tickets or $5 for a bracelet. Tickets may be purchased at the Horace Mann office, located on the first floor of Brown Hall. All proceeds go to supporting Horace Mann.
