Students at Northwest Missouri State University can vote for their 2013 Tower King and Queen April 3-10, and this year’s crowning is set for 4 p.m. Friday, April 12, at the Memorial Bell Tower.
The Tower King and Queen is organized annually by Northwest’s Blue Key and Cardinal Key honor societies and selected from a group of Northwest students who excel academically and exhibit high involvement at Northwest and in the Maryville community.
Campus organizations may nominate one king and one queen, who then participate in an application and interview process resulting in the selection of five king candidates and five queen candidates for the Tower King and Queen court. Finally, the king and queen are selected by the student body.
The voting ends at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 10. To vote, students must log onto Catpaws, click on the voting and polls tab, and select the Tower King and Tower Queen links.
