University Police offers self-defense training
Northwest Missouri State University Police is again offering free self-defense training to women this fall.
The training consists of five two-hour sessions, beginning Sunday, Oct. 14, at the Support Services Building. Participants must attend at least eight hours of instruction to participate in simulations.
The class schedule is as follows:
- 5-7 p.m., Sunday, Oct 14
- 5-7 p.m., Monday, Oct. 15
- 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 16
- 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 17
- 5-7 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 21
