Public invited to Horace Mann art show
MARYVILLE, Mo. - The public is invited to view artwork produced by students at Northwest Missouri State University's Horace Mann Laboratory School during the school's annual art show May 2-6.
Artwork by students in grades kindergarten through sixth will be displayed on the first floor of the Everett W. Brown Education Hall, which houses Horace Mann.
A reception will be 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, May 2.
Horace Mann Laboratory School and Early Care and Education Laboratory Center is an innovative program at Northwest that provides clinical experience for pre-service teachers, and a diverse and interactive learning environment for children ages 3 through sixth grades.
