Horticulture Club's annual plant sale extended
MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Northwest Missouri State University Horticulture Club is extending its Fourth Annual Plant Sale through Thursday, April 21, or until items are sold out.
Hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the Horticulture Complex located on the north end of the Northwest Campus near the Forest Village Apartments. The sale is open to the public.
Patrons may choose from an array of plants including geraniums, petunias, Bacopa, Rose Moss, Coleus, tomatoes, peppers and more.
All proceeds benefit the Horticulture Club, which is open to all Northwest students regardless of their major. The club helps students learn and gain a better understanding of plants, in addition to helping horticulture students apply the concepts they learn in their courses through hands-on experiences.
