Northwest Horticulture Club hosting annual plant sale April 15-16
MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Northwest Missouri State University Horticulture Club is having its Fourth Annual Plant Sale from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, April 15, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, April 16.
The sale, which is open to the public, will be at the Horticulture Complex, located on the north end of campus by the Forest Village Apartments complex.
Patrons may choose from an array of plants including geraniums, petunias, Bacopa, Rose Moss, Coleus, tomatoes, peppers and more.
All proceeds benefit the Horticulture Club, which is open to all Northwest students regardless of their major. The club helps students learn and gain a better understanding of plants, in addition to helping horticulture students apply the concepts they learn in their courses through hands-on experiences.
