MARYVILLE, Mo. - Northwest Missouri State University's Asian student group will host its sixth annual Asian Students Association Dinner Saturday, Nov. 13.
Tickets are available at the Intercultural and international Center in the J.W. Jones Student Union and the Student Services Desk in the Administration Building. Tickets are $11 for adults and $6 for children for dinner and the performance; $7 for adults and $4 for children for the dinner only; or $5 for adults and $3 for children for the performance only.
The dinner, beginning at 6 p.m. in Colden Hall, will feature a variety of Asian cuisine, including traditional Japanese cold noodles and Chinese spicy chicken, prepared by Northwest students.
The performance will begin after dinner at 8 p.m., in the J.W. Jones Student Union Ballroom. It will feature traditional Chinese and Japanese songs and instruments including the gu zheng.
