MARYVILLE, Mo.- Based on feedback from supporters of Northwest Missouri State University's athletics programs, slight changes have been made to this year's M-Club Hall of Fame Banquet.
The event, which honors former standout student-athletes, coaches and others who have played a significant role in Bearcat athletics, will begin at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, in the J.W. Jones Student Union Ballroom. The cost is $20 per person and includes a buffet dinner.
The ceremony was previously announced as a free event beginning at 7 p.m. and did not include a meal.
Reservations should be made by Oct. 15 by contacting Michele Steinmeyer at 660.562.1977 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Checks, made payable to Northwest M-Club, will be accepted at the door the evening of the banquet and may also be mailed to Northwest Missouri State University, Athletics Department, 222 Lamkin Activity Center, Maryville, MO 64468.
This year's 2010 M-Club Hall of Fame class includes Don Neil (track and field), Brad Ortmeier (cross country/track and field), Lindsey Borgstadt Clinton (cross country/track and field), Tucker Woolsey (football/track and field) and Seth Wand (football) along with former baseball coach Jim Wasem and the 1975 women's cross country team.
