Campus activities seeking nominations for outstanding student organizations, leaders
MARYVILLE, Mo.- Nominations are being sought for the Office of Campus Activities' first Student Organization and Leadership Awards Ceremony to recognize student involvement and leadership at Northwest.
The awards will recognize outstanding student organizations and organization leaders in nine categories - Outstanding Student Organization of the Year, Sustainability Leadership Award, Community Leadership Award, Outstanding Program of the Year, Outstanding New Organization, Commitment to Diversity award, Outstanding Student of the Year Award, Student Organization President of the Year, Outstanding Organization Advisor of the year.
Nominations also are being taken for the Outstanding Student of the Year Award in four categories - freshman, sophomore, junior and senior.
The awards ceremony will be 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 19 in the J.W. Jones Student Union Ballroom.
