Sorority raising funds for mother's cancer fight
MARYVILLE, Mo. - The ladies of Northwest's Zeta Phi Beta sorority are raising money to aid a former Bearcat's mother in her fight against leukemia.
Throughout the month of April, the sorority members will be selling bracelets to support Angela Richardson, who is the mother of former student Janae Harvey. The blue bracelets are marked with the words "Support Angela's Fight" and can be purchased for $2.
Zeta Phi Beta members will be selling the bracelets from 2 to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout April in the J. W. Jones Student Union.
