Regents set phone conference for May 6
The Northwest Missouri State University Board of Regents will meet via teleconference beginning at 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, in the President's Conference Room on the first floor of the Administration Building.
Tentative agenda items include:
- Northwest Energy lease
- Insurance matters
- Release of information
- External audit
- Personnel matters
- Unfinished business
- New business
The tentative agenda also includes a vote to close part of the meeting pursuant to R.S. MO 610.021(1)(2)(3)(13).
Following any closed meeting, the board may, at its discretion, decide to go back into open session to discuss any old business or raise new items as individual members deem appropriate.
