The Missouri Academy is committed to the student's entire life experience while at Northwest Missouri State University. Students engage in various forms of wellness education. Issues like taking responsibility for one's health, stress management, fitness, and nutrition are addressed. Northwest Missouri State University also employs a dietitian who is available to the Northwest and Missouri Academy communities. For more information on fitness, click here.
The Missouri Academy has a full-time licensed mental health counselor on staff who is dedicated to providing counseling to all Missouri Academy students during the academic year. University Wellness Services provides health services to all Missouri Academy and Northwest students. It is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
