The Missouri Academy encourages all students to get involved with fitness programs provided at Northwest Missouri State University. Involvement in fitness programs can help to spawn a healthy lifestyle, in conjunction with a healthy diet. This is a crucial component of having a successful lifestyle while at the Missouri Academy.
Northwest Missouri State University has a Fitness Center located at the Lamkin Activity Center. The Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art fitness and exercise equipment for students at an affordable rate. Northwest also has a Recreation Center that is designed to provide recreational sports activities for Northwest and Missouri Academy students.
