    Fall 2012 – present
    Senior Instructor – Introduction to College Writing (developmental writing), Composition I, Composition II, Accelerated Composition, Introduction to Literature, and Introduction to Writing Center Studies
    Developed syllabus, course design and class lectures. Taught and researched composition, created and graded research assignments, facilitated class discussion and responded to student work. In addition, I coordinate the student-led Writing Center where I manage 15 graduate and undergraduate tutors.

    As an Agent Broker Representative, I was responsible for the training of new insurance agents on health insurance contracts and policies of both group and non-group policies. I was also responsible for a block of new and renewable small group business where I maintained 100% account retention.
